ScienceBy Institutional Membership is an annual partnership program that connects your college, university, or research organization with ScienceBy for collaborative academic development, scientific writing support, and international research initiatives.
Who can apply for membership?
- Any accredited higher education institution, research center, or healthcare teaching organization worldwide can apply.
- Both public and private institutions are welcome.
What is the difference between a Regular Member and an International Member?
Regular Members receive access to ScienceBy’s faculty programs, workshops, and discounted services.
International Members gain additional privileges, including participation in international collaborative projects, co-branded events, and eligibility for joint research or grant initiatives.
What are the benefits of joining ScienceBy as an institutional member?
Members gain access to:

How long does the membership approval process take?
Once your institution submits the membership form and required documents, our partnership team reviews the application within 3 – 5 business days and shares the confirmation or next steps via email.
Can institutions outside India apply?
- Yes
- ScienceBy welcomes institutions from any country.
- International Members specifically benefit from opportunities for global collaborations, joint research projects, and international academic events.
Is there an MoU or agreement required for partnership?
Yes.
- You can download the ScienceBy “Membership Signup” document and submit during your membership application.
Can multiple faculty members benefit from one institutional membership?
Absolutely
Institutional membership covers the entire institution, meaning all faculty, researchers, and doctoral students can access member privileges and discounted services under the same membership.
Can ScienceBy customize programs or collaborations based on our institution’s needs?
- Yes. ScienceBy offers customized academic and research development programs tailored to your institution’s focus areas, departments, or regional goals.
- Our team works closely with your faculty representatives to design workshops, writing initiatives, and collaborative projects that align with your institutional objectives.
How can we renew or upgrade our membership?
Memberships are renewed annually.
Institutions can upgrade from Regular to International membership anytime by paying the fee difference and signing the extended collaboration consent form.
