  • The ScienceBy Masterwork Coupon Program is a reward initiative introduced in 2026.

    Under this program, clients who proceed with a project receive a coupon worth 7% of the total project value, which can be used for future ScienceBy services.

  • The coupon value will be clearly mentioned in your official quotation document issued by ScienceBy.

  • The quotation will include the coupon value and redemption details associated with your project.

  • You will receive a coupon equivalent to 7% of the total payment value of your project.

  • The value will be calculated and stated directly in the project quotation.

  • The coupon can be used for any future project with ScienceBy after the completion or confirmation of your current project.

  • It must be applied during the quotation stage of the new project.

  • The coupon remains valid for one year from the date of the quotation issued for the original project.

  • After the validity period expires, the coupon will no longer be redeemable.

  • Yes. The coupon is transferable.
  • You may share the coupon with colleagues, students, collaborators, or other researchers who wish to use ScienceBy services.

  • Generally, only one coupon can be applied per project quotation, unless otherwise approved by ScienceBy.

  • No.

  • Coupons issued cannot be converted into cash, refunded, or withdrawn as monetary value.

  • Yes. The coupon can be used for eligible ScienceBy services, including scientific writing, review article preparation, editing services, and publication assistance.

  • Coupons that are not used within the one-year validity period will automatically expire, and ScienceBy may not be able to extend or reactivate them.
